OK, so snow happens pretty much every year, and it’s always pretty much the same, yet it still manages to be exciting all over again every time. Maybe it’s because we rarely had snow when I was growing up, as I did, in the sunny South. Or maybe it’s just because snow covers a multitude of sins and makes the world a quieter, prettier place.
So Andy and I took Isaac out for a (very short) walk in the snow yesterday and I thought I would blog a few of the pictures we took while we were out, so here they are.

I love snow too… I’ve put some pictures of Isaac’s first sledging trip on my flickr… I would blog them but I’m being rubbish at blogging at the moment.

Well, he wasn’t too sure to be honest! He walked a bit but as the snow’s got deeper he’s been less and less convinced by it. Today I put him down and he just stood there and whimpered! I think we’ve all had enough of it now – I’m feel decidedly less enamoured by it than I was when I wrote this post!

Oh, I love snow too – I am jealous! Although it is quite beautful here cos it’s sunny and not raining for a change! What I like most about snow is the way it’s so quiet when it falls, not like noisy rain.
